摘要:AbstractIn this paper, a (switching) sliding mode controller, applied to a mechanical system with additive white process noise, is investigated. The practical relevance of this study is a statistical characterization of system performance in terms of the stationary variance of the control error. The system is modeled with a two-dimensional stochastic differential equation, whose coordinate functions to an extend are analyzed separately. In order to determine the stationary variance of one of the coordinate functions, the auto-correlation function for the other coordinate function is approximated with a Fourier series. Finally, analytical results are compared to results from Euler-Maruyama simulation over a wide range of model parameter settings.
