  • 摘要:AbstractSeasonal and pandemic influenza A virus (IAV) infections are a cause of severe morbidity and mortality worldwide. In this work, we study the problem of influenza treatment from a control theory perspective. Combined techniques of impulsive control and inverse optimal control are applied to an IAV model. Numerical results show that control-based strategies could improve virological efficacy and at the same time may reduce the drug amount in comparison to current clinical recommendations of pandemic regimens. This work discusses the advantages of theoretical approaches to tackle influenza infections.
