摘要：The introducing of legal background for capacity allocation in the Czech Republic. Author analysis of price for capacity allocation in the Czech Republic and in Europe. The proposal of the capacity allocation price which should lead the Railway undertaking's path request to the suitable product. The author summarizes the legislative background of the railway infrastructure capacity allocation, and then compared the levying of charges for the allocation of railway infrastructure capacity in the Czech Republic as well as in the neighbouring states – Germany, Poland, Austria and Slovakia.
