摘要：AbstractThe presence of land conversion, especially in the fertile land make the government take the initiative to prepare the establishment of Sustainable Food Land policy (LP2B) in order to maintain national food security. Therefore in the present study will be carried out an identification of issues and problems in determination of LP2B in East Java province. Content analysis will be used for identification of these problems. Scoring analysis was performed by conducting interviews with 18 stakeholder. Based on the analysis shows that the main problems are land tenure, uncontrolled land conversion, the selling price of rice low, identification of incentives and disincentives and the availability of budget.
