摘要：This paper discusses the innovations in transportation planning in accordance with the. Assumptions planning sustainable transport development are geared towards short-term planning, but are in line with long-term, strategic, regional and global objectives. In the analysis of transport solutions transport models are the main tool. The simulation results within transport models provide data that can be used as input data for the model estimates the impact of transport on the environment, economic and social development. Notable is the ability to quickly generate a large number of variants and ranking variations depending on set criteria. Modern transport models as output provide data used for the assessment of various infrastructure plans. Analysis of the impact on the environment is one of the most important output parameters of modern transport models. The work will also be shown at the possibility of using GIS - oriented software with quantification of pollutants and noise. In addition, the application of GIS in environmental modeling parameters is a high-quality decision support in the process of policy development of the transport system.
