摘要：A model for determination of the efficient combination of water quantity and quality (salinity) in irrigation is presented. The efficient combination is evaluated with respect to a predetermined threshold salt concentration in the soil solution. A leaching model, designed for tracing salt distribution in the soil profile, serves as the basis for the analysis. The optimal quantity-quality combinations are derived with the aid of a linear programming model. An illustrative application of the model concludes the presentation.
