摘要：La Lingüística alcanzó el esplendor social en los años setenta del siglo XX. Un episodio relevante de este período, tan paradójico como poco conocido, fue el Simposio de Arquitectura celebrado en 1972 en Castelldefels (Barcelona). La reunión fue pionera en el debate sobre semiótica y gramática generativa. Aun sin contar con la participación de lingüistas, los ponentes elaboraron materiales de debate y editaron obras capitales de la semiótica arquitectónica. El Simposio “Arquitectura, historia y teoría de los signos” hizo aportaciones a la lingüística. Y constituye un manifiesto del prestigio científico y social de la lingüística como paradigma de las ciencias.
其他摘要：Linguistics reached the social splendor in the seventies in the last century. An excellent episode of this period, as paradoxical as little well-known, was the Symposium of Architecture celebrated in 1972 in Castelldefels (Barcelona). The meeting was pioneering in the debate on semiotics and generative grammar. Even without counting on the participation of linguists, the lecturers elaborated documents to debate and published capital works of the architectonic semiotics. The Symposium "Architecture, history and theory of the signs" made contributions to Linguistics. And it constitutes a manifesto of the scientific and social prestige of Linguistics as a paradigm of sciences.
