摘要：Dieser Artikel möchte auf die Bedeutung der regionalen Integration für das Rechtswesen hinweisen. Im Rahmen des Kontextes der Globalisierung untersucht der Artikel die Merkmale des Integrationsrechts und des neuen Ius Commune vorwiegend in Europa und in Amerika. Er bietet eine Bilanz und eine Perspektive auf die grundlegendsten vorkommenden Entwürfe, Mechanismen und Projekte der amerikanischen Integration, vom 19. Jahrhundert bis heute.
其他摘要：The current article raises the issue of the importance of regional integration to the general law within the frame of «glocalization», exploring the main features of Integration law and of the new Ius Commune, particularly in Europe and America, showing an assessment and an overlooking onto the main proposals, projects and mechanics of American assimilation, from the 19th century to present date.
