  • 摘要:The appraisal profession in the U.S. is regulated by state regulatory agencies that establish the requirements for becoming a licensed appraiser. Real estate appraisers are required to comply with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), which address the minimum ethical and competency obligations of appraisers. In addition, USPAP provide a model that ensure uniformity in the process of developing and reporting of appraisal reports.
