摘要：As development of economic globalization, building service - oriented government is an inevitable trend. This paper will discuss government functions transforming, township government and define the concept of service-oriented township government by drawing on new public service theory and public governance theory, and then expound present situation of building service - oriented government and finally put forward a path to build the service - oriented government.
