摘要：The technological and archaeometric study of the Guarrazar and Torredonjimeno treasures provide new data about the characterization of the visigothic goldsmith workshops in the Iberian Peninsula ca. VIIVIII Centuries. The joint study of the raw materials (gemstones and metals), working tools and techniques, as well as that on alterations of materials, adds new data for the archaeological interpretation of these finds, whose technology is assessed within the context of the Ancient Mediterranean goldwork tradition.
