摘要：This paper is based on records kept at the Real Academia de la Historia (Madrid) and on a thorough bibliographical revision. It presents new facts about the discovery of the epitaph of the Aftasid king ,Abd Allh al-Mansūr I from Badajoz and about early studies concerning it.
