摘要：The book number IX of the Muntajab al- aḥkām of the Andalusian jurist Ibn Abī Zamanīn (d. 399/1008) contains a chapter dealing with pardon (´afw) of talio ( qiṣāṣ/qawad ) in different cases of intentional violent crimes. This work offers the analysis and commentary of the casuistry contained within this chapter, as well as the critical edition of the Arabic text drawing on manuscript n. 1730/d of Rabat General Library and checked against the manuscript n. 5952 preserved in Tunis National Library.
