摘要：En este trabajo se estudia la relación entre ius hospitii y ius civitatis, representada en la epigrafía hispana por tres inscripciones que además de hospitia estipulan derechos de ciudadanía para los firmantes de los pactos. Se retoma una hipótesis ya formulada por Humbert, autor que sostenía que en el Lacio arcaico el hospitium publicum proporcionaba al hospes una ciudadanía potencial en el sentido de que no suponía un cambio de ciudadanía sino el disfrute de ciertos derechos que solo se hacían efectivos mientras el beneficiario se encontraba en el territorio de la comunidad que le acogía. Una lectura detenida de las fuentes permite intuir que tales derechos tuvieron que ver con compromisos de ayuda mutua, así como con el intercambio de derechos de paso que posibilitarían, entre otras cosas, el desempeño de actividades económicas que requerían atravesar los límites del propio territorio y entrar en los de las comunidades limítrofes.
其他摘要：This work analyzes the relation between ius hospitii and ius civitatis, represented in the Hispanic epigraphy by three inscriptions which specify citizenship rights, in addition to hospitia, for the signers of the pacts. The hypothesis formulated by Humbert is taken again. This author sustained that, in the archaic Latium, the hospitium publicum gave a potential citizenship to the hospes in the sense that, it did not suppose a change of citizenship, but the enjoy of certain rights which became effective only while the beneficiary was in the territory of the community that welcomed him. One thoroughly reading of the sources let us sense that such rights had to do with commitments of mutual help, as well as with the exchange of passing rights that would make possible, between others, the performance of economic activities that required to go through the limits of the own territory, and to enter in those of the border communities.
