摘要：Community museums represent another step ahead in the long process of auto-reflexivity in the museological institution. The surprising fact that certain communities decide to build their own museums on the main square of their towns, next to the church and town hall, seems to be a response to economic and academic trends. It also highlights a progressive rise of the concept of culture as an ideological key, which in some cases, can be used for the development of these populations.
