摘要：Several topics were selected on the characteristics of Nuclear Power Plant design. The licensing process of USA and Germany (FRG) are compared. An introduction to the Quality Assurance Programme as an essential item in the nuclear field is presented. The integration of computer applications as part of the engineering approach to design is explained and comments are made on four computer developments.
