摘要:The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between the displacement intensities during a football game and during the Yo-Yo Recovery 2 speed tests of 10 m and 30 m in young soccer players. The distances during matches were measured by 5Hz GPS in 31 young soccer players. To measure the speed of 10 and 30 m, two photocells were used. Anaerobic power was measured by the Yo-Yo Recovery 2 field test (YoYo Rec2). The distances during games were categorized into 2 intensity zones: High intensity (AI) - up to 10 km•h~(-1) (SD >10 km•h~(-1) ) and moderate (MI) - at or below 10 km•h~(-1) (DP ≤10 km•h~(-1) ), and the total distance traveled in the game (DTP). There was a strong correlation between VEL30 x Yo-Yo Rec2 (r = 0.873), VEL 10 x Yo-Yo Rec2 (r = 0.828) between the DTP x MI (r = 0.770) and between the DTP x AI (r = 0.791). They also found strong correlations of DTP x Yo-Yo Rec2 (r = 0.581), the DTP x VEL30 (r = 0.591) and DTP x VEL10 (r = 0.524). The results of the field test Yo-Yo Recovery 2 showed better performance for monitoring the training of young soccer players.
