摘要：Tema del panel è la relazione tra gli spazi delle infrastrutture ed il paesaggio urbano, con un progetto di ricucitura tra la città e il mare nel caso di Viserba, località balneare nelle vicinanze di Rimini, caratterizzata da una crescita urbana esponenziale nell’ultimo secolo, paradigma di un tema che interessa tutta la costa romagnola, tagliata in due dal passaggio della ferrovia litoranea.Nella prospettiva di liberare dal mezzo privato la fascia turistica del litorale e di allentare la pressione automobilistica delle periferie, il tracciato ferroviario assume il valore di asse centrale per il sistema di trasporto pubblico da implementare con adeguati attraversamenti urbani che superino la discontinuità della ferrovia e si appoggino ad una trama verde di percorsi e spazi di ricucitura della città con il mare.
其他摘要：The theme of the panel is the relationship between the spaces for infrastructure and urban landscape, with a project that mends the city and the sea in the case of Viserba, a seaside city near Rimini. The city is characterized by an exponential urban growth in the last century, an issue that affects the entire Adriatic coast, bisected by the railroad overpass coast. The task of freeing the private half the tourist strip of the coast and the pressure of automobile suburbs, the railway line takes the value of central axis for the public transport system to be implemented with adequate urban crossings that exceed the discontinuity of the railroad and support it to a plot of green spaces and paths of rejoining the city with the sea.
