摘要：This article provides an analysis of the ideary of Peter Sloterdijk, giving up work to highlight Rules for The Human Park. From this perspective, anthropotechnics, techniques of domestication and human production, put on the agenda a fundamental policy decision on the species front the collapse of humanism, this he had been attacked since the Critique of Cynical Reason. Sloterdijk suggests the possibility of using genetic engineering as an alternative mediator of violence in the world today, whose responsibility is attributed to the entertainment industry. Moreover, Sloterdijk claims the resumption of the center of cultural influence tutored by the USA since 1945, looking into political, philosophical and cultural dispute. This issue concerns the Brazilian criminological political thought, given that the Law 12. 654 / 2012 now provides the possibility of compulsory extraction of genetic material in case of violent crime against the person, in strengthening our country’s governance model called Zoopolítics.
