摘要：EMS can help pharmaceutical activity, process, product, or service that interact with or impact the environment. After development of EMS, company need to implement them. In implementation five factors that can be used to control those aspects. Operational controls, employee training, communication, emergency preparedness and response, and documentation and record keeping. These components implement EMS in pharmaceutical industry and improve effectiveness of product. The aim of this paper is to establish a management system for implementation in pharmaceutical industry. With the help of EMS we can make environment make pollution free and achieve higher production with lower cost.
