摘要：La excavación arqueológica realizada en 2004 en la plaza de la Judería de Teruel aportó una sólida estratigrafía, que ha permitido reconocer un capítulo en la evolución de la cerámica utilizada en el sur de Aragón entre 1250 y 1350, aproximadamente. A partir de la adaptación de técnicas y recipientes previos, se fue configurando un nuevo repertorio cerámico para la sociedad feudal que se estaba consolidando tras la conquista del Levante peninsular.
