摘要：The Natura 2000 Biogeographical Process was launched by the European Commission in 2011 to assist Member States in managing Natura 2000 as a coherent ecological network. This article provides the background, purpose and core messages of the Process, details the strategic content, aims and opportunities and describes both the current participation and the future plans.
