摘要：The article is concerned with the international food safety from the point of view of steady human provision with food commodities. The article reveals the trend of food safety decline in the world, based on the analysis of the world exports / imports of agricultural crops and livestock products. The tasks for mitigation of the world food security are determined, the main one of which is the creation of small family farms. It is revealed, that the meat industry of Muslim countries is attractive, which is due to the high effective demand of the population in these countries.
