摘要：The development of regional clusters in the Russian Federation is one of the priority conditions for increasing the competitiveness and innovativeness of the domestic economy. The article deals with the most urgent issues of formation and development of clusters in the Russian Federation. The innovative cluster policy of the Leningrad Region is considered as an example. Priority directions for the development and implementation of the regional cluster policy in the conditions of innovative development of the territories are outlined.
