摘要：As a core part of smart substation, SCD files make secondary circuits in smart substation becoming a ‘black box’, which brings great difficulties to operation and maintenance. This paper proposes the SCD virtual circuit identification technology based on a semantic strength, which can provide an effective technical solution for the SCD management of smart substation, and demonstrates a reference for controlling the maintenance risk of smart substation.
