摘要：Aim of this study was to detect and quantify the residues of alphacypermethrin (ACYP), a pyrethroid insecticide, in buffalo milk. Ten animals were treated pour-on at the manufacturer’s recommended cattle dose. Milk samples were collected from each animal before treatment, every 12 h for the first three days (12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72 h) and once on day 5 after treatment. Milk samples were subsequently analysed by ultraperformance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). All samples showed levels of ACYP above the maximum residual limit of 20 ppb established for bovine milk.
