摘要:To better understand the effects of a special microbubble biodegradation process on the anaerobic leachate digestion in a sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) using the micro-bubbles, the evolution of dissolved organic matter (DOM) was investigated using UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The purpose of this study was to compare the microbubbles performance with that of a conventional bubble reactor. The results suggested that the microbubbles biodegradation process decreased the molecular weight, the degree of saturation and aromatic polycondensation, and the number of oxygen-containing functional groups. Microbubbles increased the protein-like and humic-like materials and functional groups such as carbonyls, carboxyls, hydroxyls, and ester groups. The results indicated that microbubbles can improve the degree of biochemicalization and the overall environment for microbial growth.
