摘要:The stripping of gallic acid from loaded solvent tributyl phosphate (TBP)/kerosene was carried out with NaOH as strippant. The effect of equilibrium time, temperature, phase ratio and the amount of alkali were investigated, also the stripping isotherm and the theoretical stripping stages was determined, and two-stage continuous countercurrent stripping was carried out. The results showed that, NaOH was a suitable agent for the recovery gallic acid from loaded organic phase, 10s was enough for the stripping equilibrium; the stripping yield increased with the increase of temperature, and the theoretical stripping stages was two. In the continuous two-stage countercurrent stripping process, the gallic acid concentration in the strip liquor was higher than 120 g«L_1, which could produce gallic acid by acidification directly, or used as raw material in the alkaline hydrolysis process.
