摘要:Organochlorine pesticides residues in mother milk samples from five districts in northern Jordan were analyzed in 2014 and 2015. Total number of samples was 100. The number of samples collected from each district was depending on population density. The results showed that 21% of all samples contained dieldrin, 10% p,p'-DDE and 8% p,p'-DDT. The highest concentration for dieldrin was 0.91 mg/kg milk fat in northern Shounah. The highest residue concentration and the highest percentage of positive samples were detected also in northern Shounah at 0.33 mg/kg milk fat and 41%, respectively. Aldrin, endrin, HCB, a-HCH, y-HCH, heptachlor, a-en-dosulfan, P-endosulfan, o,p'-DDD, o,p'-DDT, o,ps-DDE and p,p'-DDD were not detected in any of the studied milk samples. In conclusion, Organochlorine residues in Jordan have been declined. Further regular studies on human breast milk pollution are needed.
