摘要:Puccinellia tenuiflora is one of the constructive species of Songnen salt-alkali grassland as well as a high quality forage grass. In this research, Puccinellia tenuiflora was inoculated with the dominant AMF {Funneliformis mosseae and Rhizophagus intraradices) from its rhizosphere and stressed with sa-line(NaCl) and alkali(NaHC〇3) each including five levels of 0 mM, 100 mM, 200 mM, 300 mM and 400 mM respectively, then cultivated in the greenhouse. The result showed that the inoculation of AMF had positive effect on the growth of Puccinellia tenuiflora and enhanced the activity of antioxidant enzymes. Although each indicator reached the minimum on the highest stress concentration, Puccinellia tenuiflora inoculated with the AMF still kept a high saline-alkaline tolerance. Among the two AM fungus, the inoculation of Rhizophagus intraradices played the most significant role in the improvement of salt-alkali tolerance of Puccinellia tenuiflora. The results indicated that the tolerance mechanisms of Puccinellia tenuiflora were different under saline(NaCl) and alkali(NaHC〇3) stresses. The research laid the foundation for the exploration of the action mode in AM fungus which could improve the salt tolerance characteristics of fcwwzyfora and provided the theory basis to guide the application of AM fungus in forage production.
