摘要:Greenhouse protection is an agricultural practice that plays an important role in food production worldwide yet uses pesticides more intensively than in the open field. In contrast to the known impact of pesticides on soil bacteria in the open field, how the soil bacterial communities respond to pesticide treatment in greenhouse conditions remains largely unknown. In this report, the effects of the pesticide chlorpyrifos on soil bacterial communities in greenhouse and open field were compared using direct py-rosequencing of the V2-V3 16S rRNAgene region. The results demonstrated that chlorpyrifos treatment could affect the bacterial communities in both greenhouse and open field soils during the sampling time, but the bacterial community composition and diversity showed a significantly different change pattern between the two. The recovery of soil bacterial communities after chlorpyrifos treatment was more robust in the open field and the effect of chlorpyrifos on soil bacteria was more persistent in the greenhouse conditions. These findings were consistent with and may explain why chlorpyrifos had a longer half-life in greenhouse than in open field soils.
