摘要:Ormosiamicrophylla is precious tree species with various uses, while due to the extremely low seed germination rate, the large-area cultivation of Ormosiamicrophyllais limited. Therefore, it is of great significance to find out the optimal tissue-culture environment for rapid propagation of Ormosi-amicrophylla. In this study, the mature seeds of Ormosiamicrophylla were adopted as plant material, the rapid propagation technique including the tube germination of seeds and the multiplying induction of stem segments was studied. Results showed that, 45 °C temperature combined with 22 h seed soaking duration was most beneficial for seed germination, and the germination rate could reach 90.32%. The most suitable environment for seeds germination and breeding was B5+ 6-BA0.5 mg-L_1+NAA0.5 mg L" !+ sucrose 2.5%+ agar 0.55%+ activated carbon 0.10%. The most suitable environment for the proliferation of bud and stem segment was B5+ 6-BA 1.5 mg-L_1+ NAA 0.1 mg-L_1+ TDZ 0.02 mg-L_1+ sucrose 2.5%+ agar 0.55%+ activated carbon 0.10%. The most suitable environment for rootless seedling strength was B5+ NAA 1.0 mg-L_1+ IBA 1.0 mg L" !+ sucrose 2.5%+ agar 0.55%+ activated carbon 0.10%. The most suitable environment for the root growth was 1/2 B5+ IBA 1.5 mg-L_1+ NAA 0.1 mg L1 + ABT root growth powder 0.03 mg-L_1+ sucrose 2.5%+ agar 0.55%+ activated carbon 0.10%. Our conclusion could provide beneficial information for improving the tissue-culture environment for Ormosiamicrophylla .
