摘要：Esta pesquisa teve como objetivos descrever o desenvolvimento das relações sociais de uma criança com deficiência visual e seu contexto familiar, incluindo os pais, avós maternos, paternos e uma tia; analisar as idéias dos pais sobre a educação da criança e as dificuldades que eles assinalam; verificar a influência de eventos extra e intra familiares no comportamento da criança. A coleta de dados foi estruturada em 16 etapas, sendo uma por mês, utilizando-se o Relato Oral e Diário de Campo. Os resultados mostram que certos acontecimentos do contexto familiar influenciaram o desenvolvimento, de determinadas habilidades da criança, no período investigado. A discussão procura enfatizar a importância de se investigar o contexto porque ele tem uma grande influência no desenvolvimento da criança, ligado à análise do desempenho e característica dela, especialmente quando se tem uma que apresente alguma deficiência.
其他摘要：This paper has as objectives to describe the development of the social relations of a child with visual deficiency and its familiar context, including their parents, maternal and paternal grand parents and one uncle; to analyze the parents ideas about childrearing practices and the difficulties they perceive; to verify the influence of extra and intra familiar events on the child behavior. Data collection was done through Oral Report and field diary, in 16 phases during 16 months. The results show that some events of the familiar context had an influence on the development of certain child abilities, during the investigated period. The discussion try to emphasize the importance of the context investigation, attached to the analysis of the child exit and characteristics, because it has a big influence on child development, in special when on has someone that has a deficiency.
