摘要：Analisa a abordagem domiciliar executada peloAgente Comunitário de Saúde (ACS) enquanto membro da equipe do Programa Saúde da Família. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória descritiva de análise qualitativa que utilizou como coleta de dados a entrevista semi-estruturada e observação participante. Foram entrevistados vinte e seis ACS do município de Iporã-PR, no período de janeiro de 2001. Os dados foram categorizados e apresentados em forma de unidades temáticas. Concluímos que oACS tem a responsabilidade de cumprir suas atribuições, informando, orientando e mantendo um relacionamento de envolvimento e compromisso com a família. O desempenho doACS na visita domiciliar cumpriu o objetivo esperado pelo programa impulsionando a integração do ACS família, família Estratégia de Saúde da Família. Observamos também que a abordagem domiciliar demonstrada por eles vem mostrar que estão aptos para a função.
其他摘要：Anlyzes a look at in the homes executed by the community Agent of Health (ACS) while member of the tean of the Programa de Saúde da Família. This is a exploratory-descripive research of qualitative analysis that used as approach of data the semi-structured interview and participant observation. These methods were performed by twenty-sisACS of the municipal disctrict of Iporã Pr in the month of January of 2001. The data were classified and presented in form of thematics units. The authors conclued thatACS has the responsability of executing then them attributions, informing, guiding and maitaining an involvimente relationship and commitment whit the family. The acting ofACS in the visit in the homes executed the objective waited by the program, impelling the integration of ACS-family, family-strategy of health of the family. The authors also observad that the alook that in the homes demontrated by them comes to show that are capable for the function.
