摘要:The purpose of this study is to analyze prison labor for those deprived of freedom as wellas ex-prisoners who enter the labor market, taking as a case study a company that accepts them as part of itssocial responsibility strategy. Through in-depth interviews, the relationships among the company, the NGO,the prison and the ex-prisoner are identified. Based on qualitative data, the advantages and disadvantages ofthis program are analyzed by incorporating prisoners as part of the prison system as well as ex-prisoners whoare integrated into the companys working life as part of a reintegration program. Finally, considerations areshared to carry out these programs.
