摘要：En este artículo se busca presentar la fundación del Centro Nacional de Bellas Artes (1919) y el Círculo de Bellas Artes (1920), a partir de fuentes hemerográficas. También se ubica ambas organizaciones frente a las discusiones sobre la reforma a la Escuela de Bellas Artes y el contexto social y político entre 1919 y 1924. Como consecuencia de lo anterior, se demuestra el nexo existente entre el Centro, la revista Universidad (en su primera época 1921-1922), la Federación nacional de estudiantes y el movimiento estudiantil.
其他摘要：Based on printed sources, this article presents twoinstitutions in relation to the School of Fine Arts: theNational Center of Fine arts in Bogotá (1919) andthe Circle of Fine Arts (1912). The topics that arisebetween 1919 and 1924 deal with academic reform andconsiderations around social and political contexts. Theperiodical, Universidad, documents how the studentmovement, represented in the National Federation ofStudents, got involved in these issues.
