摘要：El regadío del Sistema Segarra-Garrigues transformará una superficie de más de 95.000 Ha de secano en regadío. Siempre nos fijamos en los números macros de una actuación como esta: inversión, incremento de producción, hm 3 de agua consumida, municipios afectados, propietarios beneficiados, etc. Pero no reparamos en la visión de las personas que se ven envueltas, de una forma u otra, por el cambio que supone la llegada del agua de riego. A través de exponer una serie de experiencias personales pretendo aportar datos que ayuden a quien desee analizar el nuevo regadío del Segarra-Garrigues desde una perspectiva menos técnica o económica y más social o antropológica. El cambio que perciben las personas del territorio es muy importante en muchos aspectos. Aporto las experiencias propias que en ocho años de contacto con las personas del territorio he considerado más significativas, y que proporcionan una óptica y una interpretación diferente de la que utilizamos habitualmente los ingenieros.
其他摘要：The Segarra-Garrigues irrigation system will transform an area of more than 95,000 ha from rainfed agriculture to irrigation. We always look at the big numbers on a work like this one: investment, production increase, hm3 of consumed water, affected municipalities, benefited owners, etc. But we do not pay attention to the point of view of the people who, in one way or another, are involved in the change that irrigation brings. By exposing some personal experiences, information is provided with the intention to help those who wish to analyse the new Segarra-Garrigues irrigation system from a less technical or economic viewpoint but from a more social or anthropologic perspective. The change that territory’s people perceive is very important in many aspects. Own experiences, along eight years of contact with territory’s people, are provided; those experiences that we consider most remarkable and that provide a different perspective and interpretation from what engineers usually have.
