摘要:Conflict is difference views of individual or group in organization so owning difference of behavioral in reaching goal. According to traditional view conflict have to avoid, but modern view assume conflict is dynamic of organization. Conflict caused of many matter and its resolving also depended many its cause. Its strategy can with forcing, avoiding, compromising, collaborating, smoothing depended situation that organization. Conflict have to immediately overcome because will influence employees motivation. Uncomfortable and unxious in working can decrease motivation employees. Though not of all employees look into conflict as fearful something that but exactly as spirit of working. Key words: conflict, motivation
