摘要:Quality educational leaders, among others, demonstrated by their creativity in solving various problems faced. To develop various competencies educational leaders can be done in various ways. 1 he first way is done by the leader's personal capacity. The second is to maximize the creativity of leadership through an external container, for example through professional institutions or other institutions. Strategy to enhance the professional competence can be done either individually or collectively. Demands of global development is professional in all fields including in the field of early childhood education, which in thic case in terms of human resources, especially education leaders. The continuous improvement (Continuous Improvement) will bring changes in the professional capabilities of institutions in a sustainable leader as well.
