摘要:One of component which a part to determine the efficacy of learning process is the learning resources. Teaching is a meaningful process, which contains many values to transmit to students. The values couldn't come by themselves, however there were taken away from various learning resources which could be utilized in the instructional process directly and even indirectly. Learning resources is the substance or material to adding science and loading new information for students. In these meaning, learning sources are including message, people, materiasl, devices, techniques, and setting. Learning resources will be more meaningful and useful if teacher could apply them in the right way in learning process. By learning resources, student's study motivation and educational productivity can be higher. Moreover, the learning resources could produce constantly instructional and able to give more of concrete learning experience. In this case, school should provide various kinds of learning resources in certain quantity and quality which required by teachers and students for instructional process. Considering how important of learning resources in courses, hence we need to manage them for optimal utilizing in instructional process. As implication, the availability of learning resources accompanied with good management generally would make teacher more be motivated to be always using learning resources to improve the quality of instructional at school, and especially would stimulate students for higher learning achievement.
