  • 摘要:Person’s behavior in the activity or work can arise because of the motive. Motivation is basically a mental state that encourages a person to commit an act and give the strength that leads to achievement needs. Work motivation is something that is conducive to the stimulation or morale. Encouragement or morale is influenced by factors supervisors / managers, coworkers, physical facilities, policies / rules, benefits, job type, and challenges. The drive and desire a person as a motivator is something that can not be observed, but may be inferred. Both environmental factors and work ability of its major impact employee motivation so as to improve the performance must begin with building and improving work motivation. Giving staff the opportunity to empower themselves can maintain and sustain the motivation of work. Empowerment as a way to memwirausahakan others, planting a sense of belonging, a form of work commitments on the basis of commitment, and as an attempt to get others involved will give a positive contribution in preserving and maintaining motivation.
