摘要:Education Autonomy is a form of decentralization of educational management, including the school principal. That condition requires empowerment of all components of interest to education (stakeholders). Commitment of stakeholders in understanding and applying this paradigm strongly support the success of various sectors, including education sector. In this context, the independence of the managers are required to have the ability to negotiate. The process of negotiation can be done through qualitative theory and metaphore arena.
