摘要：The integration of resources based competitive advantages as an emphasis on skills and knowledge, which is owned by the organization (nation) will create the core competencies of the organization (nation) in a bid in the competition strategy of globalization. Education plays an important role in the development of knowledge. The process of learning through education will create the intellectual capital based on knowledge. Intellectual capital will ultimately gave birth to the competency with the creation of new knowledge, innovation and integration as a prerequisite in the strategy of globalization of competition.
