摘要：This paper explains the consequences of the breach of a jus cogens norm foreseen by international responsibility law. The study is based on the 2001 Draft Articles on Responsibility of States for Internationally Wrongful Acts elaborated by the United Nations International Law Commission which creates different responsibility regimes, including an aggravated regime that sets out the particular consequences arising from serious breaches of obligations under peremptory norms of general international law.
