摘要：This article proposes to evaluate the question of statelessness, specially its prevention on the International Law field. To reach this objective the articles is divided n some areas, such as the introduction, explaining the main problems derived from statelessness, the concepts of statelessness and imperative rules of International Law and International Documents analysis. Finally, we approach the case of Brazilians born outside Brazil and due absurd circumstances of Brazilian Constitution, became statelessness.
