摘要：O objetivo desta pesquisa foi o de identificar se os investidores da cidade do Recife, do mercado de ações, possuem interesse em critérios não financeiros ao tomarem decisões de investimento. Para tanto, aplicaram-se questionários com os investidores cadastrados no banco de dados de uma corretora e com os presentes nos eventos realizados pela Apimec, em setembro de 2012. O questionário continha 12 assertivas sobre características financeiras e não financeiras de empresas e os investidores deveriam indicar o seu grau de interesse em investir nas empresas de acordo com as características expostas. Os critérios financeiros correspondiam à liquidez, rentabilidade e risco e os critérios não financeiros pautavam-se na técnica de opção de telas, com a triagem positiva e negativa para a seleção de investimentos socialmente responsáveis. A análise fatorial foi aplicada a estas assertivas para identificar os fatores formados, bem como àquelas relevantes que foram contempladas em cada fator. Desta forma, por meio da análise fatorial foi possível identificar quais os critérios não financeiros estão sendo considerados no processo de tomada de decisão dos investidores pesquisados. Isto é evidenciado pela relevância que as assertivas com essência não financeira tiveram na análise.
其他摘要：The objective of this research was to identify whether investors in Recife the stock market have interest in non-financial criteria when making investment decisions. To this end, questionnaires were applied with investors, registered in the database of a broker and gifts in events held by Apimec in September 2012. The questionnaire contained 12 statements about financial and non-financial characteristics of companies and investors should indicate the level of interest in investing in accordance with the features stated companies. The financial criteria corresponded to liquidity, profitability and risk and non-financial criteria based on the technical option screens, with positive and negative for selecting socially responsible investment screening. Factor analysis was applied to these assertions formed to identify factors, as well as those relevant were included in each factor. Thus, through factor analysis identified that non-financial criteria are being considered in the decision making process of investors surveyed. This is evidenced by the relevance of assertions with no financial analysis in essence had.
