摘要：O artigo trata da análise ockhamiana do tema da determinação da verdade nasproposições sobre o futuro contingente, segundo a formulação proposta por Aristóteles emDe interpretatione, cap. 9, e de sua relação com o que é proposto sobre este assunto,segundo o próprio Ockham, “de acordo com a verdade e a fé”. A esse respeito, três pontosgeralmente são levantados como possíveis decorrências desta leitura de Aristóteles: aassunção de que Ockham discordaria efetivamente da solução aristotélica, porque errônea;a proposta de que Ockham tenha claramente vislumbrado na resposta aristotélica a indicaçãode uma lógica de três valores e, por fim, a recusa ockhamiana da tese da “necessidadedo conseqüente”. Pretendemos mostrar aqui, porém, que apenas o último desses trêspontos parece correto.
其他摘要：This article deals with Ockham’s analysis of the problem, explained byAristotle in the ninth chapter of De Interpretatione, of determining the truth ofcontingent propositions about the future, as well as its relationship to whatOckham himself proposes, ‘in accordance with truth and faith’, on the subject. Inthis respect, three theses are generally proposed on the basis of Ockham’s readingof Aristotle: that Ockham regarded the Aristotelian solution as an error, andthus disagreed with it; that Ockham clearly saw the Aristotelian solution as pointingtowards a three-valued logic; and, finally, that Ockham denied the doctrine ofthe “necessity of the consequent”. Notwithstanding, it will be argued here thatonly the last of these is correct.
