摘要：O artigo analisa o nexo entre deslocamento geográfico e transformações na identidade religiosa do migrante. Levando em conta todo tipo de mudança identitária – tanto em termos de filiação religiosa, quanto em termos de paradigma de pertencimento no interior da própria tradição – o autor, após uma fundamentação teórica, apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa realizada no Distrito Federal pelo Centro Scalabriniano de Estudos Migratórios/CSEM, focando a reflexão sobre as principais mudanças na identidade religiosa dos migrantes entrevistados e sua relação com a jornada migratória. Palavras-chave: Identidade; Migração; Religiosidade; Conversão The article analyses the connection between geographic displacement and the migrants’ religious identity transformations. Regarding all kinds of identity transformation – since religious affiliation to belonging paradigms in the own tradition – the author, after a theoretical recital, presents the results of a research in the Federal District, made by the Centro Scalabriniano de Estudos Migratórios, focusing on the reflection about the main changes in the religious identity of the interviewed migrants and their relation to the migratory journey.
