摘要：This article is in line with studies of cultural diversity, social justice and territory. It presupposes a systematic and comprehensive approach that involves the cultural, the legal and the governmental, which also envisages the various forms of violence impacting the territorial organization of cultural diversity. The paper discusses the moments of diversity (recoverable, restorable, and organizable) to understand the territorial dynamics, and suggests the diversity moments’ perspective (ethnic, urban, patrimonial, and institutional). Five tasks become imperative: to promote equality of cultures, bring to bear the public duty of recognizing the cultural differences of citizens, endow the institutions as to enforce the exercise of cultural diversity, avoid criminalizing cultural diversity, and protect the patrimonial and territorial properties of subjects of diversity.
