摘要：Em vista da proposta keynesiana da International Clearing Union sobre o sistema monetário internacional, este artigo argumenta que, apesar da moeda não ser neutra para Keynes, as propostas keynesianas relacionadas a uma moeda internacional e sua conversibilidade sugerem que ela é “neutra.”
其他摘要：Considering one of the Keynesian proposals about the internationalmonetary system, more specifically the International Clearing Union, this article argues that, despite the fact that in Keynes‘s analysis money is not neutral, Keynesian proposals related to the role of the international money/convertibility currency suggest us that it is “neutral”.
